The Food system activities dimension consists of indicators that cover activities from the agricultural production to consumption and food waste. This includes indicators for the assessment of the cost reductions of agricultural production, time improvements for food to reach consumers, food traceability, types of food loss and how much data sharing contributes to reducing food waste and loss.
