The skills dimension considers the skills required to thrive in a digitalised environment, especially as it relates to the food systems. This includes indicators related to digital skills and ICT specialists, farmers’ skills (including the level of digital skills of farmers), training and education availability for digital upskilling and re-skilling, and a qualitative assessment of the awareness of benefits from farmers.
